How and where to add a Closure Notice on a PO for your providers

ACC pre-approve up to 3 closure notices for the lifetime of the client. These are not automatically added to the purchase order received from ACC.

Each time you load a PO which has the DNA allocation for the year, we suggest you also add the closure notice code SCCL for the same level and date range as the DNAs.

This example below shows how we have added an Early Planning PO.

Providers - if you need to bill for a closure notice and you do not have the service code available, please contact your supplier/admin. Before you do this, please check it has not been added for you on a previous PO with a DNA allocation.
