I'm a NCEA level 8 counsellor, but in my CMS profile I'm a 2 - why?

ACC have 6 pay levels which are reflected in CMS:

CMS level 1 = Counsellor with Diploma education level 6

CMS level 2 = Counsellor with Degree education levels 7,8,9

CMS level 3 = Psychotherapist

CMS level 4 = Psychologist

CMS level 5 = Psychiatrist

CMS level 6 = Social Worker

You will find that your ACC pay level is reflected in the service codes on your POs eg.  SCEP2.
