Request new Password and/or link to CMS for your Providers

Go to PROVIDERS

Copy the user name or email address of the provider you wish to send a link to.

LOG OUT OF CMS

On the log in screen click RESET PASSWORD

Paste Provider’s username  or email address into space and click EMAIL NEW PASSWORD

Email your provider to let them know you have sent a link and to check junk if not in inbox.
