How to add/update your Healthlink certificate
To add or update your Digital Healthlink Certificate, go to System Dashboard—Settings—Certificate
If you are updating your certificate, remove the expired certificate first, then click on the Choose File button.
You will need to plug in the USB stick (or CD) sent to you by HealthLink.
Go to MY COMPUTER
Go to the Disk//stick Drive and double click on the Healthlink disk/stick you have inserted prior to starting this process.
Double click on the name of the certificate holder – this will have the file extension .pfx and Upload
Enter your password, then click Save
Troubleshooting
If this is unsuccessful for any reason, you should get an error message.
Please repeat the process above if necessary.
To check that your certificate has loaded correctly, go to Payments Admin — if you see the following error message, please try reloading the certificate.
A Healthlink certificate has not been uploaded to this system.
