Completion Report codes now pre-approved

You may have noticed that ACC no longer add the code SCCR (completion report) to long term wellbeing purchase orders.

These should be added when you are creating the PO, same level as the other codes, and same date range.

If you are on Premium CMS and have PO templates, just edit the relevant template and add, which will mean this happens automatically.
