Updating your Recovery Partner list

You may find that some of the newer Recovery Partners are not appearing as an option in the drop-down list when you are adding the recovery partner to the Claim number.

Please go to RECOVERY PARTNERS in your admin menu. Click into SETUP.

Choose Download/Sync Recovery Partners

Tick any that have the green download symbol next to them and then choose DOWNLOAD OR SYNC SELECTED. Your list will then update.

If the Recovery partner is not in the list, you can add manually (option on earlier page) or email CMS to add for you. Please give all relevant details in full.
