Approval for Support Services post 1 December 2022

From 1st December 2022, you no longer need approval from ACC for support services.

The criteria for this is:

Client engaged on or after 1 December 2022

Client does not have a previously accepted claim

Allocation:

10 x SCFW Family & Whanau

10 x SCAL Active Liason

10 x SCAL6 Social Work

5 x SCCA Cultural Advice

Please add these to the current PO in the usual way, using your provider's level for SCFW and SCAL

It may be helpful to notify your providers they will need to let you know when they need these service codes adding.
