Billing for non-ACC/Private Clients and Contracts

First, create the Contract.

DO NOT USE SPACES IN THE CONTRACT NAME

Once you have created the contract, then create the codes - keep to the same parameters as creating a contract name - no spaces, only letters, numbers, dashes and underscores.

eg.

CONTRACT:   NZPOLICE

CODES:   NZP-CS     NZPolice Counselling

NZP-DNA   NZPolice DNA

Add in the pre-GST hourly rate and create a valid date range - the start date being on or before the first appointment with any clients on this contract, and end date being 12 month later.

Once you have created the contract and codes, you can then create a PO on your NON-ACC client.

You will need to create a claim number and then a PO.

If there is not a set amount of approved sessions, put in perhaps 10 and edit as necessary.  If you do not put an amount in, you and your provides will not be able to bill.  Dates are not obligatory, but you could enter a 6/12 month period if you wish.
