How to create appointments for your client on CMS Premium

Go to either the client or the Scheduler:

ADD APPOINTMENT

CHOOSE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A SERVICE FOUND ON A PO AND START TYING THE CLIENT NAME:

ONCE YOU TYPE THE FIRST FEW LETTERS OF THE CLIENT NAME OPTIONS FOR WHICH PO WILL DROP DOWN"

SELECT THE SERVICE CODE

Choose date, time and duration and give a title to the appointment - nothing with sensitive information, as this will appear on the admin view of the provider calendar:

Before you will be able to create either email or text reminders, you need to confirm with the client they are happy to either or both, and ask your admin person to edit the client settings to allow text/email reminders.
