What is CMS Premium
CMS Premium is still the same practice and client management system that you have relied on to facilitate your billing, payments and client data management but now with a long awaited feature and with more in the works for the coming months.
The biggest feature ready today is the Appointment Scheduler with client reminders. More about that below. Additional features in the works are a Xero integration, embedded versions of the WHODAS, PWI (with automated scoring) along with other required/helpful forms, and the automatic submission of reports.
Why CMS Premium? The development and operational costs of the new features are substantial and require an increase in the monthly charge; however, in an effort to keep CMS an affordable option for any sized supplier, we are offering these new features under the Premium tier. Suppliers who do not wish to utilise the new features can remain where they are.
Appointment Scheduler
The CMS Appointment Scheduler enables your providers to track their client appointments within CMS and quickly bill for them once they have occurred.
When using the Appointment Scheduler an email and/or SMS (text) reminder of the upcoming appointment can be sent to the client to reduce the number of missed appointments.
Each user has their own Appointment Scheduler dashboard where they can view all their own appointments across all their clients in the system or schedule a new appointment. For the Provider’s convenience they can also use the built in iCalendar feed to add these appointments to their preferred calendaring software, such as Outlook and Google Calendar.
As an administrator of this CMS you have your own dashboard that gives you visibility across all client appointments. View if a reminder notification has been sent and personalise the email and SMS message to the client.
